Seafood Boil

A flavorful seafood boil with shrimp, crab, and sausage cooked with corn, potatoes, and spices in a large pot.

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with 3 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add salt, old bay seasoning, and bay leaves.
  2. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the sausage slices and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  8. Drain the seafood and vegetables, then transfer to a large serving platter.
  9. Pour the garlic butter over the seafood and vegetables, and squeeze lemon halves over the top.

  • Thaw shrimp and crab legs if frozen.
