Birth Recovery Stew
A nourishing stew prepared with chicken, vegetables, and herbs, simmered to enhance flavors and support recovery.

| Olive Oil (for sautéing) | 2 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
- Add sliced carrots, chopped celery, and diced potatoes to the pot.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add bay leaves and thyme, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove bay leaves and thyme stems from the pot.
- Stir in whole milk and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, then serve hot.
