Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine toasted black sesame seeds, rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 centimeters in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
