Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine toasted black sesame seeds, rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 centimeters in diameter.
  5. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
