Instructions
- Grind the roasted cashews into a fine powder using a food processor.
- In a bowl, mix the cashew powder with sugar and ground cardamom seeds.
- Add warm whole milk and melted ghee to the mixture and combine until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Add the saffron-infused milk to the dough and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
