Cardamom Cashew Delights

Prepare cardamom cashew delights by blending roasted cashews with cardamom and sugar, then shaping into small balls.

Instructions

  1. Grind the roasted cashews into a fine powder using a food processor.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cashew powder with sugar and ground cardamom seeds.
  3. Add warm whole milk and melted ghee to the mixture and combine until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  4. Add the saffron-infused milk to the dough and mix well.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  6. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Prep

  • Soak saffron strands in warm milk for 30 minutes.
