Instructions
- In a large pot, combine rolled oats, whole milk, and water. Stir well.
- Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the oats are tender and the porridge is creamy, about 20 minutes.
- Remove the pot from heat and let the porridge sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Serve the porridge in bowls, topped with sliced almonds, raisins, and banana slices.

- Soak almonds in water for 2 hours to soften them before slicing.
