Ojas balls
Ojas balls are nutrient-rich snacks made by blending nuts, seeds, and spices, then rolling into balls.

Instructions
- Soak the almonds and cashews in water for 4 hours, then drain and pat dry.
- In a food processor, blend the almonds, cashews, and dates until a coarse mixture forms.
- Add desiccated coconut, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, and melted ghee to the mixture.
- Blend again until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
- Place the Ojas balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
