Ojas balls

Ojas balls are nutrient-rich snacks made by blending nuts, seeds, and spices, then rolling into balls.

Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds and cashews in water for 4 hours, then drain and pat dry.
  2. In a food processor, blend the almonds, cashews, and dates until a coarse mixture forms.
  3. Add desiccated coconut, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, and melted ghee to the mixture.
  4. Blend again until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  5. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
  6. Place the Ojas balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
