Stuffed Dates with Sunflower Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Spread the sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Allow the roasted sunflower seeds to cool slightly, then transfer them to a food processor.
  4. Add honey, melted coconut oil, and sea salt to the food processor with the sunflower seeds.
  5. Process the mixture until it becomes a smooth butter, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  6. Take each pitted date and make a small slit in the middle to create an opening.
  7. Fill each date with approximately one teaspoon of the sunflower butter using a small spoon.
  8. Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving platter and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
