You are Loved Almond/Date Shake

Blend almond milk, dates, and almonds for a nutritious shake with vanilla and cinnamon.

Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours or overnight to soften them.
  2. Drain the soaked almonds and rinse them thoroughly.
  3. In a blender, combine the almond milk, pitted dates, soaked almonds, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the shake is chilled and frothy.
  6. Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
