Brazilian tumeric chicken
Brazilian turmeric chicken is prepared by marinating chicken with turmeric and spices, then cooking it with onions, garlic, and coconut milk.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with turmeric powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
- Pour coconut milk into the skillet, stir well, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
