Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
