Chicken Rolls
Chicken rolls prepared by stuffing seasoned chicken breast with cheese and spinach, then baking until golden.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cheese and spinach mixture over each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken breasts tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush the chicken rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
Prep
- Thaw chicken breasts in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
