Chicken Rolls

Chicken rolls prepared by stuffing seasoned chicken breast with cheese and spinach, then baking until golden.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese and spinach mixture over each chicken breast.
  5. Roll up the chicken breasts tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Brush the chicken rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.

Prep

  • Thaw chicken breasts in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
