Paneer Chilli
Paneer Chilli is a stir-fried dish combining paneer, bell peppers, and spices, cooked in a savory sauce.

| Cornstarch (mixed with 4 tbsp water to make a slurry) | 2 | Tbsp |
| Vegetable Oil (for frying) | 4 | Tbsp |
| Salt (or to taste) | 1 | Tsp |
| Black Pepper (freshly ground) | 1 | Tsp |
| Spring Onion (chopped for garnish) | 2 | Bunch |
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green chilies. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the cubed onions and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
- Add the fried paneer cubes back into the pan and mix well with the vegetables and sauce.
- Pour the cornstarch slurry into the pan and stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer and vegetables evenly.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
