Schezwan Chicken
Schezwan Chicken is a spicy stir-fried dish made with chicken, vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced red and green bell peppers and onion to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the schezwan sauce, chicken broth, and sugar to the vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Return the fried chicken to the wok. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes until the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
Prep
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch 15 minutes before cooking.
