Veg Momos
Steamed dumplings filled with a mixture of finely chopped vegetables and spices, wrapped in a thin dough.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and green chili to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Place a spoonful of vegetable filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold and pleat the edges to seal the momo.
- Steam the momos in a steamer for 10-12 minutes until the dough is cooked through.
