Bulgogi
Bulgogi is a Korean dish made by marinating beef in a soy sauce mixture and grilling or stir-frying it with vegetables.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onion, grated pear, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a grill or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.
- Add the julienned carrot and sliced onion to the beef. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the cooked bulgogi before serving.
