Dakdoritang
Dakdoritang is a Korean spicy braised chicken stew prepared with chicken, potatoes, carrots, and onions simmered in a spicy sauce.

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken pieces, water, gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the potato, carrot, and onion to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pot and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in sesame oil and adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or sugar if needed.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
