Galbi
Galbi is a Korean dish made by marinating beef short ribs in a savory-sweet sauce and grilling them to perfection.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, grated pear, chopped green onion, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
- Grill the ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Transfer the grilled ribs to a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
