Jeyuk Bokkeum
Jeyuk Bokkeum is a Korean stir-fried spicy pork dish made with marinated pork and vegetables, cooked over high heat.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to make the marinade.
- Add the sliced pork shoulder to the marinade, mix well to coat, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the marinated pork. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced onion, green onion, julienned carrot, and chopped cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
Prep
- Marinate pork for at least 30 minutes.
