Korean Beef and Stir Fry Noodle

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 60 milliliters of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add red bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet with the vegetables, along with the remaining soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir to combine.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, add the cornstarch mixture, and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
