Korean Beef and Stir Fry Noodle
Prepare Korean beef and stir fry noodles using marinated beef, fresh vegetables, and noodles cooked in a savory sauce.

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 60 milliliters of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add red bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet with the vegetables, along with the remaining soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir to combine.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add the cornstarch mixture, and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
