Korean Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a Korean mixed rice dish with assorted vegetables, beef, and a fried egg, served with gochujang sauce.

Instructions

  1. Cook the white rice according to package instructions.
  2. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic for 30 minutes.
  3. Blanch the spinach and bean sprouts separately, then squeeze out excess water.
  4. Stir-fry the marinated beef in a pan until cooked through.
  5. Stir-fry the carrots, zucchini, and shiitake mushrooms separately until tender.
  6. Fry the eggs sunny-side up.
  7. Assemble the bibimbap by placing rice in a bowl, arranging vegetables and beef on top, and adding a fried egg.
  8. Garnish with gochujang, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion before serving.

Prep

  • Marinate beef for 30 minutes before cooking.
