Korean Sweet BBQ Ribs

Korean Sweet BBQ Ribs are marinated in a sweet soy sauce mixture and grilled to perfection.

Brown Sugar (packed)0.5Cup
Honey (pure)0.25Cup
Sesame Oil (toasted)2Tbsp
Garlic (minced)4Clove
Ginger (freshly grated)1Tbsp
Green Onions (chopped)3Count
Sesame Seeds (toasted)2Tbsp
Black Pepper (freshly ground)1Tsp

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  4. Grill the ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
  5. Transfer the ribs to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

  • Marinate the pork ribs for at least 4 hours or overnight.
