Korean Sweet BBQ Ribs
Korean Sweet BBQ Ribs are marinated in a sweet soy sauce mixture and grilled to perfection.

| Soy Sauce (low sodium preferred) | 0.5 | Cup |
| Brown Sugar (packed) | 0.5 | Cup |
| Honey (pure) | 0.25 | Cup |
| Sesame Oil (toasted) | 2 | Tbsp |
| Garlic (minced) | 4 | Clove |
| Ginger (freshly grated) | 1 | Tbsp |
| Green Onions (chopped) | 3 | Count |
| Sesame Seeds (toasted) | 2 | Tbsp |
| Black Pepper (freshly ground) | 1 | Tsp |
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
- Grill the ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Transfer the ribs to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

- Marinate the pork ribs for at least 4 hours or overnight.
