Stuffed peppers
Prepare stuffed peppers with ground beef, rice, and vegetables, baked until tender and flavorful.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in cooked rice, half of the tomato sauce, and chopped parsley. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce over the peppers.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the peppers, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
