My love for cooking began when I got pregnant with my son I wanted him to know and love “mommy’s food”, soon as he was able to eat food I was making his fresh from scratch then I extended the same consideration & care to myself. My approach in the kitchen is rooted in comfort & guided by wellness, I craft meals intentionally to nourish the body and feed the soul. A week long vacation I assisted Chef Mercedez “Food Guru” with this service in North Carolina, providing breakfast & dinner made fresh & served as buffet style as well as one plated dinner for a family of 30.
Panera bread catering manager
As a catering chef for Panera I was responsible for marketing, preparing, cooking, packing, delivering & setting up the display for all catering orders(I was the only catering manager) I worked at a training site where I also trained all other catering managers before they could be approved to work in their own store.
Bernard’s Hospitality- Cook
Bernard’s hospitality is a staffing company partnered with professional kitchens all over Los Angeles & Orange County. I worked in an array of places such as; country clubs, L.A. convention center, Neuehouse in Hollywood doing things from prepping ingredients for the next days events to cooking hors d’oeuvres for events happening that same day.
BeetzEatz- Sous Chef
With BeetzEatz I have become an understudy to chef Beeta where I’ve learned everything professional in a commercial kitchen, different marinades, explored different cuisines, baked pastry desserts, made all types of protein regularly. We did an array of things such as weekly meal prep(she has multiple vending machines & private clients), high profile catering events, and private hosted dinner parties. In these events I’ve been second in command, directly influenced by my head chef in many ways and training others on the BeetzEatz way.
