My journey through restaurant kitchens has been fueled by an unwavering passion for food, a deep respect for tradition, and an ever growing curiosity to learn and evolve. Specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine, I bring the rich flavors and cultural depth of my region to every dish I create. My cooking reflects not only time-honored techniques but also a modern appreciation for global palates. Whether crafting intimate meals as a personal chef or managing high pressure restaurant environments, my focus is always on excellence, authenticity, and the joy of sharing good food.In addition to my culinary pursuits, I’m a dedicated language learner I speak two languages fluently and am working on my third, with a goal of mastering five.
