After moving to Dublin, Ireland to work at the Four Seasons, I was given an opportunity to work with some extremely talented chefs and take my skills to a higher level. Honing my skills at the Four Seasons and other notable restaurants in LA helped distinguish my style and flavor combinations like no other. Every place I have traveled to and explored has helped me find inspiration and passion that reflects onto my cooking. Due to my drive and determination, I decided to start my own catering company. My creativity and imagination are well displayed in all my dishes and cuisines, along with my colorful and distinguished palate. With a healthy and fresh approach, I put the focus on flavor with inclusivity in mind. At my table, meat eaters and vegans are welcome. Pescatarians can dine with vegetarians. Worked every station, hired and trained, created seasonal menus, managed scheduling, in charge of ordering/receiving, controlled P&L and increased sales by 10%, managed inventory, created seasonal 7 course wine paired dinners and sources all ingredients and vendors
