Hi foodies ☺️ My passion for food started 11 years ago at the dorm in Oxford Universiry where my french roomate used to cook amazing food all the time, and its flavors and scents drew my attention to cooking. Ever since then I have been self-taught but improved my cooking skills working at various fine dinning restaurants across the country from David's in Portland, Maine to Cotogna & Quince and Chotto Matte in San Francisco. During my work there, I was focused on elevating my cooking skills and knowledge. Just in 2024 as a private chef I cooked and fed for more then 1500 people, always with passion, care and enthusiasm, and thats how I will cook for you 🙏😊
