I’m 32 years old, I found my passion for the world of culinary arts very early on. I was lucky and my middle school offered baking as an elective. I never would have thought a baking class in 2006 would lead studying culinary arts through all of high school. From there I never looked back I worked the dining hall in college and followed that up with a year as a prep cook for Guy Fieiri and Johnny Garlics. It was there where I truly found my passion for cooking. My teacher was tough but he showed me everything he knew. I was able to take what I’d learned and use it across the next 10 years across various restaurants expanding my knowledge further. I have my specialties, I can make a great burger, I can’t fail with chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. My motto is fresh never frozen, cook from scratch if and when you are able to. That being said I can still cook almost anything so if you have a favorite recipe I will follow it to the exact detail. Nothing is out of the question, I got it.
