Hi, I'm Ryan :) I am a farmer's son turned farm-to-table chef. From soil to supper, my love and appreciation for food was passed down by the two generations of farmers before me; some of my earliest and fondest memories are driving around the farm with my dad, trying to guess which crops were growing in the fields. I love that I get to pass those memories and knowledge on through my cooking. Enjoy!
