For the past decade, chef Susan has been the executive chef of ANATOMY OF A BITE, a local private cheffing agency dedicated to fine dining, individually plated service with a customized menu experience. She was also the resident chef instructor at Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School inside Macys South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Her specialties include French, California coastal, farm-to-fork, various Asian cuisines (such as Thai and Korean), and is a certified Sushi chef. Her passion is to love people through food, to treat each person‘s dietary needs with intention and care, and to have fun in the kitchen!
