Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove skewers from the grill and serve immediately.

Prep
