Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
Prep
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Marinate shrimp in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
