Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and cheese mixture.
  5. Secure the openings with toothpicks to prevent the filling from spilling out.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice and zest over the chicken.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Remove toothpicks before serving.
