Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and cheese mixture.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks to prevent the filling from spilling out.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish.
- Drizzle lemon juice and zest over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
