Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, whole milk, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Wrap the meatloaf with bacon slices, tucking the ends underneath the loaf.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
