Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, whole milk, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Wrap the meatloaf with bacon slices, tucking the ends underneath the loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the bacon-wrapped meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
