Prosciutto & caramelized mushroom/onion flatbread
Prepare a flatbread with prosciutto, caramelized mushrooms, and onions using whole milk mozzarella and balsamic glaze.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet with onions. Cook until mushrooms are golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add balsamic vinegar to the skillet and continue to cook until onions are caramelized, about 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the caramelized onion and mushroom mixture over each flatbread.
- Top each flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese and slices of prosciutto.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve warm.
