Beef & Noodles with Mashed Potatoes
Prepare beef and noodles with mashed potatoes using braised beef, egg noodles, and creamy mashed potatoes.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Sprinkle flour over the onion and garlic, stir well, and cook for 1 minute.
- Return beef to the pot. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours or until beef is tender.
- While beef is cooking, boil potatoes in a separate pot until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add butter and whole milk to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once beef is tender, add cooked noodles to the beef mixture. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Serve beef and noodles over a bed of mashed potatoes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Prep
- Thaw beef chuck in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
