Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef to the pot, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
- Add paprika, salt, and black pepper, stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add elbow macaroni, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional cheese or fresh herbs.
