Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add ground beef to the pot, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
  6. Add paprika, salt, and black pepper, stir to combine.
  7. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Add elbow macaroni, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  9. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  10. Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional cheese or fresh herbs.
