Crack Chicken Sliders

Crack chicken sliders are prepared with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and bacon, served on slider buns.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  6. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  7. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  8. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the chicken mixture.
  9. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the slider buns.
  10. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
