Hot Hamburger Plate
Prepare a hot hamburger plate with ground beef patties, rich gravy, and mashed potatoes, served with bread and peas.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Form into 5 equal patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 50 grams of butter, add flour, and stir continuously to form a roux.
- Gradually add beef broth to the roux, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with remaining butter and whole milk until smooth.
- Heat thawed peas in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm.
- Serve each hamburger patty on a toasted bread slice, topped with gravy, alongside mashed potatoes and peas.

- Thaw frozen peas for at least 2 hours before cooking.
