Indian Tacos
Indian Tacos are made by topping fry bread with seasoned ground beef, beans, and fresh vegetables.

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the drained kidney beans to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the fry bread in the oven or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the beef and bean mixture on each fry bread.
- Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
