Old School Sloppy Joes
Prepare classic sloppy joes with ground beef, tomato sauce, and spices served on buns.

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly if desired.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun, cover with the top half, and serve.
