Butterbeer Floats

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled cream soda and butterscotch sauce. Stir gently until well mixed.
2. Scoop softened vanilla ice cream into five tall glasses, filling each glass about halfway.
3. Pour the cream soda and butterscotch mixture over the ice cream in each glass, filling to the top.
4. Top each float with a generous amount of whipped cream.
5. Sprinkle butterscotch chips over the whipped cream for garnish.
6. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon.
