Chicken & Noodles with Mashed Potatoes
Prepare chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes using simmered chicken, egg noodles, and creamy mashed potatoes.

Instructions
- In a large pot, add chicken broth, chicken breasts, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove chicken breasts from the pot and shred them using two forks.
- Add egg noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and stir in chopped parsley.
- In a separate pot, boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add butter and whole milk to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken and noodles alongside the mashed potatoes.

- Thaw chicken breasts if frozen.
