Crack Deviled Eggs

Crack deviled eggs are hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy yolk mixture, bacon, and cheese.

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onion into the yolk mixture.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving.
