Crack Deviled Eggs
Crack deviled eggs are hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy yolk mixture, bacon, and cheese.

Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onion into the yolk mixture.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for garnish.
- Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving.
