Sausage Bread

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and beaten egg. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent. Let it cool.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams to seal. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.
