Focaccia bread with choice of flavorings
Prepare focaccia bread with olive oil, flour, and yeast, topped with rosemary and sea salt.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, fine sea salt, and 30 milliliters of olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Stretch it to fit the sheet.
- Dimple the dough with your fingers, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary leaves and coarse sea salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
