Chicken Divan
Chicken Divan is a casserole dish made by layering cooked chicken and broccoli, topped with a creamy sauce and baked until golden.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk continuously for 2 minutes to form a roux.
- Gradually add whole milk and chicken broth to the roux, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper into the sauce until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Arrange the cooked chicken breast slices and steamed broccoli in a baking dish.
- Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the chicken and broccoli.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
