Beef Short Ribs
Grilled sausages prepared with fresh herbs and vegetables, served with a side of caramelized onions.

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the oil and herb mixture.
- Place the sausages on the preheated grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- While the sausages are grilling, place the coated vegetables on a grill-safe pan and cook them on the grill until they are tender and slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the sausages and vegetables from the grill. Let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled sausages with the grilled vegetables on the side.
