Beef Short Ribs

Grilled sausages prepared with fresh herbs and vegetables, served with a side of caramelized onions.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the oil and herb mixture.
  4. Place the sausages on the preheated grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
  5. While the sausages are grilling, place the coated vegetables on a grill-safe pan and cook them on the grill until they are tender and slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove the sausages and vegetables from the grill. Let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the grilled sausages with the grilled vegetables on the side.
