Anchovy Butter Seared Salmom
Seared salmon with anchovy butter, combining rich flavors of anchovies, garlic, and lemon for a savory dish.

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, chopped anchovies, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Remove the skillet from heat and spread the anchovy butter over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Prep
- Thaw salmon fillets in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
