Philly Cheese steak casserole
Prepare a Philly cheesesteak casserole with sautéed beef, bell peppers, onions, and melted cheese, baked to perfection.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and cook the sliced ribeye steak until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and whole milk until smooth.
- In a large baking dish, layer the cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, and cubed baguette.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
- Top with sliced provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
