Hot Honey Chicken
Hot honey chicken is prepared by marinating chicken thighs in a spicy honey sauce and baking until caramelized.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
